Hi I'm Johanna!
A contemporary dancer-choreographer originally from Finland. Teacher, Master of Arts and PhD candidate in dance research. I'm interested in ways to approach contemporary dance through different somatic and energetic practices, in order to keep developing the way we dance and interact with moving realities and energies.
Narrative body is based in Nice, South of France. We are creating different forms of contemporary art in collaboration with local artists and institutions. We also create possibilities for professional dancers such as regular training and workshops. Since it's creation , Narrative body has presented the contemporary dance pieces: "Astray" (2019-2020), "The Other Me" (2021-2022) and "Walssi" (2022-).
